We augment the outstanding personal skills of our AR Specialists by providing specialized tools that increase their performance levels, including:
  • Cisco Voice Over IP (VoIP) telephony
  • Inbound/outbound predictive call center, dialer is fully integrated with our
    collection software capable of auto or "virtual" messaging
  • Cisco inbound call queuing software
  • Inbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system by Cisco
Our phone system assists us in finding consumers who have relocated by capturing their phone number on caller-ID and hard coding it into the account for future contacts.
 
We were the first collection agency in the nation with an IP phone system operating in conjunction with an inbound/outbound predictive dialer.

At e-Recovery Solutions, all data is backed up daily and kept off site to ensure no loss of information should an unexpected event occur. We have insurance coverage and agreements in place with all software and hardware vendors to ensure that we are up and running in a minimal amount of time. During any period that our systems are offline, we have partnerships with other agencies that could resume immediate efforts upon our client's authorization.
